The longest warranty
is the most sustainable spec.
We extend product life first, then close the loop. Below — the questions LEED and BREEAM consultants ask us most.
At end of life we collect any Atelier system from anywhere in Europe, free of charge. Phenolic is ground into new core stock, stainless is re-melted, glass is cullet-recycled.
Our cores carry 30% to 85% post-industrial recycled content depending on substrate. Stainless steel leads the field at 85%, powder-coated steel at 75%, phenolic at 30%.
Every adhesive in our supply chain is Greenguard Gold certified. We've removed all isocyanate-based bonding from the workshop since 2019.
Eighty-percent of our raw substrates are sourced within 800 km of Saint-Étienne. Every shipment leaves on rail-coordinated trucks running on HVO biofuel.
Most projects qualify for MR (recycled content), IEQ (low-emitting materials) and Innovation credits. We supply documentation on request, formatted for the project's certification consultant.

Every system ships with a printed care manual and a free maintenance kit. Below — the most common operations team questions.
A soft cloth with neutral pH detergent, daily. No solvents, no abrasive pads. Stubborn marks lift with isopropyl alcohol. The surface is non-porous so nothing penetrates.
Yes. Light scratches buff out with a Scotch-Brite® non-woven pad following the grain. Deep marks need a workshop refinish — we ship replacement panels within five working days under warranty.
We supply matched touch-up paint with every project for minor chips. For larger areas we can ship a replacement panel or arrange on-site re-coating through our regional partners.
All glass is 8–12 mm tempered safety glass with ANSI Z97.1 certification — it shatters into harmless granules under impact. Optional anti-shatter film adds an extra layer for high-risk public spaces.
